研究方向

以荧光分析方法为基点,围绕生物和疾病相关物质的检测及成像面临的特异性、灵敏度及背景荧光等关键科学问题,基于新原理(荧光可控的高性能荧光染料和特异性识别反应等)构筑了系列新型荧光探针用于生物和疾病相关物质的检测,并在细胞、组织和活体成像中成功应用。

1. 国家自然科学基金青年基金项目,21708029,基于生物正交反应的活细胞内多细胞器多色同时荧光标记及成像研究,2018/01-2020/12,直接经费25万元,主持。

2. 北京市教委科研计划科技重点项目(市教委-市基金联合资助项目),KZ202010005006,活体内自组装荧光/CT双模态增强成像与放射性治疗一体化探针设计研究,2020/01-2022/12,经费80万元,主持。
