研究方向
分子毒理学与癌症防治。依托环境与病毒肿瘤学北京市重点实验室,围绕癌症防治工作,重点开展DNA抗癌烷化剂的作用机理及耐药性调控研究,以及环境污染物的毒性、突变性及致癌性机理和构效关系研究。具体研究工作有以下几个方面:
1. DNA抗癌烷化剂的作用机理研究:寻找肿瘤化疗的生物标志物,设计高活性抗癌烷化剂。
2. 化疗药物的耐药性调控研究:研发高效低毒的化疗增敏剂,提高化疗药物抗肿瘤效果。
3. 环境与分子毒理学:主要研究环境污染物的构效关系,对人体健康和环境风险评估具有重要的指导意义。
