研究方向
发展生物大分子原位分析方法,实现目标蛋白的原位标记、可视化成像与精确定量检测, 以期指导重大疾病的诊断、分期及治疗的评估。
筛选高效、低毒、具有选择性催化活性的金属团簇或纳米颗粒为潜在的金属类药物,为开发新颖的金属类分子靶向治疗药物提供前期基础。
